    Man, these workouts are great. My bro science brain didn’t think highly of callisthenics. I am taking a break from barbell as i realised that I do not have full control of my body and it’s annoying 😂 Thanks again sir

    Australia. Day 1 of this. Went straight from this one to your QUICK ABS WORKOUT AT HOME, so a solid workout, looking forward to see the results. I'm currently on day 56 of doing 2 x 45 minute workouts a day, and have made great progress, but now it's time to get ripped.

      @@TomPetoTraining I look and more importantly feel like a different person. I now just want to get strong, body weight strong, so I don't need a gym to maintain. After being a fitness instructor all through my 20's if I can do it without a gym great and then there is never an excuse. Thanks for the videos, today was take two and it smashed me more, probably a good sign.

    Thank you. I am 34 and i never really paid too much attention to foam rolling but i did it on my recovery day today. I must say i not only felt better immediately but i was breathing better after the foam rolling session. Thanks again for making this video.

    7 weeks out from a major surgery that has lifting restrictions for up to six months. This was the first workout I have done since the surgery and I intend to follow this program through the remainder of my recovery as it’s easy to scale to meet lifting restrictions. Keep it up!
